  There is usually one person working. So if someone else is in front of you do yourself a favor and find out how long they might be. The person doing the service is capable. The wait can be highly unenjoyable.

  I had to get a new phone b/c my IPhone 6 wasn’t holding a charge. kirt understood that I could not afford to spend a ridiculous amount of money and offered me a very reasonable price with promotion for the upgrade. I also received a great bundle of accessories that if I went to Verizon direct I would have gotten ripped off. kirt stayed with me for over 3 hours providing technical support uploading and backing up. He went above and beyond. I am so glad I found a new great spot for my wireless goods!! Thanks TCC. AlsoKirt told me all about the philanthropic efforts TCC provides, especially my to veterans. What a wonderful company to give back. I am very happy with my new phone. Thanks Kirt and TCC!
